Shipping & Delivery Policy – Novesta Properties Private Limited
At Novesta Events, all tickets are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved.
🎫 Ticket Delivery:
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an e-ticket confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp within a few minutes. This ticket will include:
- Attendee Name
- Ticket Tier (Silver/Gold/VIP)
- Event Date, Time, and Venue
- Unique Ticket ID

🎟️ Entry at Event:
Attendees must present the digital ticket (on phone or printed) along with a valid ID on the day of the event. Entry will be granted only to the ticket holder on the scheduled event date as mentioned in the ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
