Refund Policy for Event Tickets

At Novesta Properties Private Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences through our real estate events, seminars, and workshops. To maintain operational efficiency and ensure fair access to limited-seat events, we follow a strict no-refund policy on ticket purchases.
1. No Refunds Once Purchased
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased through any of our official channels (online or offline), no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal schedule
- Travel issues or delays
- Health or medical reasons
- Event format changes (offline to online, speaker updates, etc.)
2. Non-Transferable
Tickets are non-transferable, unless specifically stated otherwise in the ticket terms at the time of purchase. Unauthorized transfers or resale of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that Novesta Properties Pvt. Ltd. cancels an event, buyers will be eligible for a full refund or transfer of ticket value to a future event. Such refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days from the date of official cancellation announcement.
4. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for events impacted by acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or legal restrictions. In such cases, Novesta will attempt to reschedule the event or offer credit towards future participation.
